Ten people were killed and seven injured after a minibus fell off a cliff in Russia’s North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reported. Two children were among those dead, according to local police. In the past few days, it has been raining heavily in the Tsuntinsky district where the incident happened.

The accident that happened near the settlement of Sagada on Wednesday morning might have been caused by adverse weather conditions. “It has been raining heavily in the district in the past few days. Perhaps the road was damaged,” the officer said.
