EDITOR: Editor’s note: Twitter, Tumblr and Spotify are among the websites interrupted or unreachable after web technology provider Dynamic Network Services Inc. said its domain name system was subject to a denial-of-service attacks, The Wall Street Journal reports. Amazon and cloud services provider Heroku also reported DNS issues. The source of the attacks is unclear, and US intelligence officials tell NBC New they still don’t know who is responsible but the Department of Homeland Security is looking into ‘all potential causes.’
