(LONDON) MET Homicide & Crime Command Detectives Investigating the murder of ‘ Noore Bashir Salad ‘ in Newham on Apr.08: 2019: 21:30pm have made 11-arrests as the police continue to appeal for anyon e with information to come forward #AceNewsDesk reports

#AceNewsReport – Apr.26: Police were called by London Ambulance Service at just before 21:30 on 8 April to reports of a man assaulted on Church Road, E12. Noore Bashir Salad, who was 22 years old and from Stratford, died at the scene: Detectives from the Met’s Homicide and Major Crime Command launched an investigation: Detectives continue to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.

On 9 April, A 26-year-old man [A] was arrested on suspicion of murder and a 27-year-old woman [B] was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both were bailed to a date in early May.

On 24 April, two men, both aged in their 20s [C and D] were arrested on suspicion of murder. Both have been bailed to a date in late May.

On 25 April, three men all aged in their 20s [E, F and G] were arrested in London on suspicion of murder. Two of the men remain in custody; ‘E’ has been released under investigation.

Also on 25 April, four other men were arrested in Birmingham on suspicion of murder. The four men [H and I, aged in their 30s; and J and K, aged in their 20s] all remain in police custody.

Detective Inspector John Marriot from the Homicide and Major Crime Command said: This was a brutal and senseless attack on a young man who had his whole life ahead of him: The pace of our enquiries has recently intensified and we are doing all we can to get justice for Noore and the family who have been left behind: There are still pieces of the puzzle surrounding this murder that are missing and I urge anyone who has information to get in touch.
