#AceNewsReport – Apr.01: Around 7:30 p.m., Tucson Sector agents patrolling a rugged area of the desert east of Lukeville encountered Marvin Flores-Gamez. Records checks revealed Flores-Gamez was convicted of Sexual Assault in Bergen County, New Jersey, in 2014: He was subsequently remanded to state prison until his removal from the country in September of 2018:

In a similar incident, agents arrested 57-year-old Cenobio Herrera-Hernandez, convicted of sexual offenses in the state of Washington, Thursday evening after he re-entered the United States near Douglas: Both Flores-Gamez and Herrera-Hernandez are being federally prosecuted for re-entry of a previously deported felon.
