#AceNewsReport – July.14: The fraud charges relate to the four defendants allegedly having defrauded pensions worth in excess of £22 million: All four were charged on Monday, 6 July as follows:

MET Report: Four people have been charged in pension fraud investigation worth in excess of £22-million:

[A] Rikki Nicholls, 55 (11.05.65), of Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove, was charged with conspiracy to defraud, fraud by misrepresentation and money laundering.

[B] Mark Kelly, 49 (14.11.70), of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow, was charged with conspiracy to defraud, fraud by misrepresentation and money laundering.

[C] Sharon Nicholls, 56, (01.02.64), Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove, was charged with money laundering.

[D] Angela Kelly, 53, (14.05.67), of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow was charged with money laundering.

All four are summonsed to appear at City of London Magistrates Court on Monday, 17 August:
