Mohammed Banaras, aged 29, handed himself in to police at Perry Barr custody block yesterday afternoon (14 August) He was later charged with attempted GBH, driving while disqualified, dangerous driving and driving with no insurance: Banaras of Lyncroft Road, Tyseley was refused bail after he was charged and is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning:
