The masked suspect fired eight rounds at the victims before speeding away on a moped, the Metropolitan Police said: The toddler miraculously survived the attack, with the bullet missing a crucial artery by just 1mm. However, the Met said in a statement that the injuries sustained in the shooting would have a “long-lasting impact on the victims.”With no leads, the family of the small boy and the police have urged the public to come forward with information.
