#AceNewsReport – June.26: Upon arrival, the officers located a male in his forties that had been shot. The Los Angeles Fire: Department was requested and responded. The Los Angeles Fire Department transported the victim to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

#AceDailyNews Release: Homicide in Mid City NR21162ll: Friday, June 25, 2021: Mid-City: On June 23, 2021, at around 12:40 p.m., Officers assigned to LAPD Wilshire Area responded to the area of Wilshire Boulevard and Ridgely Drive for a radio call of a shooting that just occurred.

The suspect fled from the location prior to police arrival: Both the victim and the suspect are homeless, and it is believed that they did not know each other. The two had been involved in a verbal dispute prior to the shooting:

Just after 7:00 p.m., Officers assigned to Wilshire Area were conducting visible patrol in the area of the homicide, and they observed the suspect’s vehicle: The suspect was taken into custody and a weapon was recovered:

The suspect has been identified as Eva Fekete, 60 years old, currently living in Los Angeles: She is being held on $2,000,000.00 bail (Booking No. 6202699). The suspect was booked for 187 PC and the case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration:

At this time the victim’s identity has not been confirmed.
