(LONDON) Magistrates Court Report: A man has been convicted of stalking a woman in west London and was released on bail #AceNewsDesk report

#AceNewsReport – Dec.18: He was released on bail to next appear at the same court on Friday, 14 January 2022.

#AceDailyNews Court Report: Alexander Rodrigo Kaliszewski, 34 (17.01.87), of Longridge Road, Kensington and Chelsea appeared at City of London Magistrates Court on Thursday, 16 December where he pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm/distress.

Man convicted of stalking woman in west London

Kaliszewski was arrested and charged on Friday, 22 November with stalking involving serious alarm/distress. He was released on bail

From Sunday, 26 January to Tuesday, 4 August 2020, Kaliszewski continually messaged the victim, a woman aged 20s, on social media. He also engineered meeting her near to her home on a number of occasions.

Kaliszewski was not known to the victim.

Detective Constable Katie Newton said:

The fact that the victim did not know the defendant made this unwanted contact even more sinister and disturbing.

“Women and girls have right to feel safe online and in public and should not be subjected to forced contact from men they either don’t know, or with whom they don’t wish to engage.

“I hope the defendant’s admission of guilt brings the victim a measure of comfort, at the very least it will prevent the added pressure of going to trial.”

(CALIFORNIA) JUST IN: Two men have been arrested this week accused of committing rapes and murder after being released on bail, reports say #AceNewsDesk report

#AceNewsReport – Sept.11: At least two California men are accused of committing heinous crimes after being released on bail for previous offenses, according to a local report….

#AceDailyNews says that according to Fox40 …..Two men who were arrested this week in connection with separate crimes including sexual assault, murder and arson had recently been released on bail, reports say

Two men who were arrested this week in connection with separate crimes including sexual assaultmurder and arson had recently been released on bail, according to reports from local affiliate FOX 40 and CBS Sacramento.

On Wednesday, Joseph Frank Pineda Pimentel was arrested and charged with raping a woman in Sonora just days after he was bailed out of jail in connection with a previous sexual assault arrest, CBS reported

Pineda Pimentel, a 37-year-old military veteran, was previously arrested on Sept. 2 on a separate of rape by force or fear, the Turlock PoliceDepartment said. According to police, his DNA was linked to the sexual assault of a homeless woman in June, when he allegedly “offered her a ride and told her he would ‘help her out.’” Instead, he drove her to the back of a closed business and forcibly raped her, police said.

Police learned in late August that the DNA collected from the victim also matched two more unsolved sex crimes cases in other counties, all of which involved similar circumstances, police said.

Pineda Pimentel’s record also shows he was arrested and charged with rape in 2009 while he was in the military, but the case was dropped, police said.

Meanwhile in Sacramento, 51-year-old Troy Davis was charged with murdering a Mary Kate Tibbitts, 61, after breaking into her home, sexually assaulting her, killing her two dogs and setting the house on fire, authorities said.

According to CBS and FOX 40, Davis was out on bail at the time of the Sept. 3 attack. According to FOX 40 he had been freed with no bail in June after being nabbed on charge of suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle. He was a no-show for his June 22 arraignment.

Police say Davis and Tibbitts did not appear to know each other.

Davis was arrested Saturday on a parole violation, when police identified him as a suspect in the murder of Tibbitts, who lived in Sacramento.

Davis has a lengthy criminal history in Sacramento and Santa Cruz counties, with cases dating back to 2013 that include charges of resisting an officer, battery on an officer, possession of methamphetamine, threatening an officer, misdemeanor sexual battery and assault and battery, the newspaper reported.

He was released from prison following felony convictions in 2017 and 2018 for assault with a deadly weapon and robbery. Following his release, authorities say he committed more crimes in June 2021 and then was released again.

According to The Sacramento Bee reported, Davis was described as a transient who initially showed up in Tibbitts’ neighborhood and was caught by a doorbell camera masturbating on a resident’s porch that Friday, before returning to the area and breaking into Tibbitts’ home.

The case has outraged the public and prosecutors, who blame legislators for weakening prosecutors’ ability to keep criminals in prison once they are convicted.

Tibbitts’ brother, George, told FOX 40 the “priority has to be public safety.”

“This is not a new story. There are many victims of crimes committed by people out on bail,” George Tibbitts said. “And it shouldn’t happen. Particularly, one so gruesome, as happened to our sister.”

PAKISTAN: ‘ COURT RELEASES ACCUSED MASTERMIND BEHIND MUMBAI BOMBING ‘

#AceNewsReport – Featured Update:PAKISTAN:April.10: Following up from our post here in last December

' Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi Released '

‘ Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi Released ‘

A Pakistani court on Friday freed on bail a man accused of plotting a 2008 militant assault on India’s financial capital that killed 166 people, Reuters said.

Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi “has been released and he is out of the jail now,” according to his lawyer, Malik Nasir Abbas.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had condemned the prospect of bail for Lakhvi, who was arrested in Pakistan in 2009.

The release comes months after India and Pakistan were engaged in their worst cross-border violence in more than a decade in the disputed Kashmir region.

VIDEO:' COURT IN PAKISTAN GRANTS BAIL TO MASTERMIND OF 2008 MUMBAI TERRORIST ATTACKS '

#AceWorldNews – PAKISTAN:Dec.29:A court in Pakistan has suspended a detention order against the alleged mastermind of the Mumbai terrorist attacks in 2008, reported by New York Times. Mr. Shah, the technology chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the Pakistani terror group, and fellow conspirators used Google Earth to show militants the routes to their targets in the city. He set up an Internet phone system to disguise his location by routing his calls through New Jersey.

Mr Lakhvi has been in Pakistani custody since 2008.

Shortly before an assault that would kill 166 people, including six Americans, Mr. Shah searched online for a Jewish hostel and two luxury hotels, all sites of the eventual carnage.

Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakvi is being held in prison, while bail is posted, though he could possibly be released according to a local prosecutor – a move, which would infuriate neighbouring India.

The court said there was not enough evidence to keep Lakvi behind bars, AP reported.

Another hearing has been set for January 15 and if the Interior Ministry comes up with new evidence, the judge in the case says he could reverse his decision.

#Bangladesh : Fugitive Owners of `Tazeen Fashions’ are Locked up after being Refused Bail following Fire Disaster”

#AceWorldNews says Fugitive owners of Bangladesh fire-disaster factory turn themselves in
Two fugitive owners of a Bangladesh garment factory turned themselves in to face homicide charges for the deaths of 112 workers in the country’s worst factory fire, Reuters reports.

The owners of Tazreen Fashions, Delwar Hossain and his wife Mahmuda Akter, were locked up after being refused bail.

They were among six fugitives wanted in connection with the November 2012 fire, which happened just outside of the capital, Dhaka.

So far, 13 people have been charged in connection with the fire, a rarity in a country where garment industry owners often go unpunished for factory accidents in the $22 billion export industry.

Anonymous Protest: Russell Brand Joins UK Austerity cuts March

Anonymous Protest: Russell Brand Joins UK Austerity cuts March

Russell Brand supports Anonymous march in London

Russell Brand joins Anonymous movement officially

Fireworks are thrown at Buckingham Palace and bottles hurled at police during protests over issues including political corruption.

This is Russell Brand here speaking about Politics and corporate greed, I blogged it, but here is the video

Austerity cuts (Public Spending) in the UK are being implemented, Russell Brand, very famous here, demanded a revolution. He is an ex Heroin Addict who is now a very clever lad, actor and does radio, now he has taken to politics, and many love this lad. What you will see here and read here is what happens in the UK when the Government piss the people off. There is a demonstration in Edinburgh planned for next week, I will be there with my Anonymous mask (Joking, ;-) ) I think the Government have done good things, but they are cutting crucial spending on the UK people. We say FUCK YOU and we will take to the streets till the Government change their minds. This is how we work. American people please take note. This is how VERY EASY it is to protest when your Government does not work for you. The people protesting have lost nothing, they are protesting for the people who have. The police NOT having guns make sure we can demonstrate, just saying!

Viva La Revolution!

Comedian Russell Brand joined hundreds of masked Anonymous protesters in central London as part of a worldwide demonstration against austerity cuts.

Fireworks were reportedly thrown towards Buckingham Palace and a fire was started next to the nearby Victoria Memorial, while some of those present clashed with police.

Glass bottles were flung at officers during the disorder and 11 people were arrested, nine for public order offences and two for criminal damage.

Police in riot gear tried to shepherd the crowd, who also gathered in Parliament Square as part of the pre-arranged Anonymous Million Mask March.

A number of similar demonstrations took place in cities in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand in opposition to austerity cuts, corruption and an increase in state surveillance.

Brand was pictured alongside fellow protesters in London, wearing one of the trademark masks adopted by hacktivist group Anonymous.

He later wrote on his Twitter page: “Whatever party they claim to represent in the day, at night they show their true colours and all go to the same party #MillionMaskMarch.”

Brand’s comments follow an appearance on Newsnight and a guest editorship of the New Statesman in which he called for a “total revolution of consciousness and our entire social, political and economic system”.

Others involved in the London demonstration accused the police of heavy-handed tactics.

Ceylan Hassan, 24, a university graduate, said: “They started shouting move back, move back, but we had nowhere to go. The police started pushing us, screaming ‘move back, move back’.

“There was a fire on the right hand side of the monument and people started throwing things.”

Protesters were moved back away from Buckingham Palace as the atmosphere grew tense.

Some of those involved in the march were seen ripping barriers from the side of the road.

Sean Roesner, 21, a self-employed computer programmer at the protest, said: “We turned up and the protest was at Buckingham Palace. When we arrived people were firing fireworks at the palace.

“It was funny. I didn’t have any but I would have fired some if I had.

“I joined Anonymous because I was arrested under the Computer Misuse Act. I spent eight months on police bail last year and had done nothing wrong.

“We are here to stand up for what we believe in, to make the world a better place.”

Mr Roesner said his friend had been among a group of people encircled by the police on The Mall.
