SOUTH KOREA: ‘ Impose Financial Sanctions on Companies Allegedly Involved in Arms Trading ‘

#AceNewsReport – SOUTH KOREA: June.26: South Korea imposed financial sanctions Friday on a Syrian research center and six Taiwanese individuals and companies for their alleged involvement in arms trading with Pyongyang, AFP reported.

This is the first time such measures have been taken against a group or individual outside the Korean Peninsula.

Among the blacklisted are Syria’s Scientific Studies and Research Center and Taiwanese companies – Global Interface Company, Trans Merits and Trans Multi Mechanics.
