WASHINGTON: ‘ MEMBERS OF BLACK CAUCUS CONDEMN GRAND JURY’S DECISION ‘

#AceNewsServices – WASHINGTON – Dec.02 – Members of the Congressional Black Caucus on Monday night condemned a Missouri grand jury’s decision last week to not indict a white police officer for shooting unarmed black teenager Michael Brown The Hills floor action reported.

In a series of House floor speeches on the first day back in session since the Thanksgiving recess, lawmakers said the grand jury’s conclusion that there wasn’t enough evidence to indict Ferguson, Mo. police officer Darren Wilson suggested African Americans didn’t receive the same treatment from the criminal justice system.

Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-Ohio), the CBC’s chairwoman, said it was an “embarrassment” the U.S. still has issues with race relations in 2014.

‘ FERGUSON RIOTS BECOMING A COTTAGE INDUSTRY FOR COMMUNISTS ‘

#AceNewsServices – FERGUSON – Dec.02 – The Michael Brown protests, which started out to lobby a case against the Ferguson, Missouri, police officer who encountered the giant teenager that fatal day in August – long before a grand jury decided there were no charges possible against Officer Darren Wilson – appear to have developed into a cottage industry.

Run by Communists, in many cases.

Bloomberg.com reported at a gathering of several hundred in a church in St. Louis recently, there were Communist Party members from New York along with others.

“What started as a spontaneous neighborhood protest in the hours after 18-year-old Michael Brown was killed in Ferguson has expanded internationally, drawing support from as far away as London and Hong Kong. As groups joined Ferguson-related protests over the past 114 days, they’ve brought new energy and resources to the movement,” the report said.

“They’ve also hatched ideas, goals and tactics of their own – sometimes at odds with the original protests over police brutality and racial profiling.”

“A lot of these groups, I’ve never heard of,” Johnetta Elzie, 25, a St. Louis activist, told Bloomberg.

At locations like Tumblr, there were lists and postings of such rallies, featuring the raised fist image so long associated communism.

Other locations featured images of “Ferguson” rallies by groups such as “Defend Wall St.”

@Breaking911 Yeah, because the police in Communist states are always really, really sweet cuddly teddy bears. —

“Protests in Ferguson, Missouri, continued last night, and among the demonstrators exercising their right to free speech were some calling for a ‘communist revolution,’” according to Twitchy.

‘ NATIONAL GUARD ACTIVATED IN PREPARATION FOR GRAND JURY DECISION ‘

#AceWorldNews – JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Nov.18 – As a grand jury weighs possible criminal charges against the police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown, Missouri’s governor has again activated the National Guard in an effort to avoid more unrest in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson AP reported.

Unlike in August, when Governor Jay Nixon asked the troops to help provide security after protests turned occasionally violent, his latest move is pre-emptive.

It comes ahead of any decision on whether Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, will be indicted for the Aug. 9 shooting death of the black 18-year-old.

Arlin Report: I have read the target list the Michael Brown protesters,  agitators made public.   I realize that intimidation is a tactic often used by terrorists groups.  That is what they are becoming or have become.

Maybe they can still determine that by how they present themselves in the coming days.   I don’t have confidence they will show much dignity however, and apparently neither does our Governor.

SOUTH CAROLINA: ‘ Speaker Bobby Harrell Indicted by Grand Jury on Nine Charges ‘

#AceWorldNews – UNITED STATES (Columbia S.C) – September 11 – South Carolina House Speaker Bobby Harrell has been indicted by a grand jury on charges related to misuse of his office and campaign finance violations.

The indictments by the Richland County grand jury were announced Wednesday by First Circuit Solicitor David Pascoe.

The nine charges against the Charleston Republican are two counts of misconduct in office, six counts of using campaign funds for personal use, and one count of false reporting candidate campaign disclosures.

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said Harrell should resign.

The indictments are the latest development in a bitter political dispute over how to handle this case that has lasted more than 18 months.

In February 2013, Ashley Landress of the South Carolina Police Council, a political group that advocates for smaller government, filed a complaint against Harrell with the State Ethics Commission. In it, she claimed the speaker used his office for personal gain for both himself and his family.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson asked the State Law Enforcement Division to look into the matter, and referred it to the state grand jury in January.
