#AceNewsReport – BRITAIN:July.02: The UK government approved £4 million worth of arms sales to Israel in the immediate months following the Israeli government’s military bombardment of Gaza last summer, new research reveals.
Detailed analysis published Thursday indicates that the related arms licenses cover military hardware likely to be deployed if violence in the besieged coastal strip resumes.
Among the arms sales Britain presided over were special components for military helicopters and a range of hi-tech parts for guidance and navigation systems used by the Israeli Defense Force (IDF).

#AceWorldNews – GAZA CITY – July 20 – Israel has extended the ceasefire in Gaza by another hour after fighting resumed in Gaza, less than one hour after a humanitarian truce was agreed by Israel and Hamas to allow the evacuation of wounded from the area.
The announcement was made by the Israeli Defense Force. Earlier, the country’s military said its forces were shot at shortly after the two-hour truce began.
“The agreement to implement a ceasefire was ended because of Hamas who started shooting at our soldiers. We had to answer back,” said an Israeli army source.
Hamas is yet to comment on Israeli allegations that it had breached the ceasefire.
Though we agreed to the Red Cross‘ request for a cease-fire in Shuja’iya until 15:30, Hamas has not stopped shooting from Shuja’iya.
