` Ukraine What You are Not Being Told and the Crimes Against Humanity ‘

#AceNewsServices – UKRAINE – May 21 – In this video we’re going to provide you with compelling evidence that the crimes against humanity committed in Kiev earlier this year were in fact committed by the new coalition government and that officials in the E.U. and the United States knew full well who committed these crimes and that they are protecting and financially supporting the real criminals.

On February 20th of 2013 the world was shocked by video footage of snipers firing on protesters in Kiev Ukraine. Twenty one people were murdered, and it was widely assumed that President Victor Yanukovich and his supporters were behind the attacks.

However a phone conversation between EU foreign policy chief Cathy Ashton and Estonia’s foreign minister Urmas Paet leaked to the public on March 5th reveals that the snipers in were actually from the new coalition government, and that Western diplomats knew this and covered it up.

Extract of Conversation as follows:

Urmas Paet: “All the evidence shows that the people who were killed by snipers from both sides, among police men and people in the street, that they were the same snipers killing people from both sides.”
Cathy Ashton: “Well that’s, yeah…”
Urmas Paet: “And she also showed me some photos and she said that has medical doctor, she can say that it is the same handwriting…”
Cathy Ashton: “Yeah…”
Urmas Paet: “Same type of bullets… and it’s really disturbing that now the new coalition, that they don’t want to investigate what exactly happened. So that there is now stronger and stronger understanding that behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovich, but it was somebody from the new coalition.”

` Around 2000 join a Rally in `Ukrainian City Donetsk ' many wearing ` St George ' ribbons demanding a Referendum '

#AceWorldNews – KIEV – March 22 – About 2,000 people rallied in the centre of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk on Saturday, March 22, demanding a referendum on the future of the region.

Some of the demonstartors were also demanding the return of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich to the country. People were waving Russian flags and many were wearing St. George ribbons.

About two dozen policemen were ensuring law and order during the event.

In a similar rally on March 16, people demanded that the present government resign and that early parliamentary and local elections be announced.

They also insisted on adopting a law on local referendums and holding plebiscite on “all aspects of the state system in Ukraine and accession to various economic unions and political blocs” and called for “returning to the February 21 agreement signed by Yaukovich and the opposition” and making Russian the second official language in Ukraine.

In another eastern Ukrainian city, Kharkov, hundreds of people set up a picket in front of the Regional Council building this week, demanding a referendum on the federalisation of Ukraine.

The call for the referendum was made by a thousand-strong rally in Kharkov last Sunday, March 16, when another Ukrainian region, Crimea, was voting for reunification with Russia.

“Only the people have the power to decide whether Ukraine will be a divided undivided country. Its future should be determined in a referendum,” Yuri Apukhtin of the Civil Platform Association said at the rally.

“Our place is not in Europe but in a union with the brotherly peoples of Russia,” he added.

Public organisations in Kharkov, which have refused to recognise the present authorities in Kiev, are planning to hold new rallies this weekend to demand a federalisation referendum.

#Crimea : ` Group of Armed Men as yet Unidentified storm and seize `Parliament Building in Crimean Peninsula’

#AceWorldNews says (RIA Novosti) – Unidentified armed men apparently seeking closer ties with Russia on Thursday seized the parliament in the Crimean Peninsula in southern Ukraine.

The occupation comes a day after crowds of Crimean Tatars scuffled outside the building with pro-Russians, who have said they reject the rule of the leadership that has taken over the country since President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted over the weekend.

The local Muslim Tatar population largely supports the incoming government in Kiev.

“We came to work but we can’t get inside the parliament.

The building is surrounded by police … we were told that the building has been seized,” a spokesperson for the parliament said.

A Russian flag was reportedly hoisted by pro-Russian self-defence squads that stormed the building in the regional capital, Simferopol.

The squads have been forming in predominantly ethnic Russian Crimea since Yanukovych was toppled.

The offices of Crimea’s Cabinet were also reportedly been seized overnight.

Footage from the parliament showed Thursday that small barricades had been erected outside the building.

`Russian Lawmakers call for `Passports’ to be issued to `Ethnic’ Russians in the Ukraine are `Warned’ of the consequences’

#AceWorldNews says Russian lawmakers called for passports to be issued to ethnic Russians in Ukraine, a parliamentary committee chair warned Tuesday that the issue was a powder keg that should be handled carefully, reports Ria Novosti.

On Monday, Ilya Drozdov, a deputy in the State Duma – the lower house of the Russian parliament – introduced a bill to simplify the procedure for ethnic Russian Ukrainians to obtain Russian citizenship.

Russia has condemned the uprising in Ukraine that culminated in the ouster of President Viktor Yanukovych at the weekend, and has expressed concern for ethnic Russians there.

Growing calls for ethnic Russians in Ukraine to be granted passports have drawn suggestions from some that Moscow may seek to claim a larger say in Ukrainian affairs by arguing that it is defending the interests of its own citizens.

Russian military intervention in Georgia in 2008 was prompted by claims that the South Caucasus nation had launched a military assault on South Ossetia, a breakaway province occupied almost entirely by Russian passport-holders.

“South Ukraine announces that it does not consider `Ukrainian Parliament’ legitimate and they would be forming local militia’s”

#AceWorldNews says the new authorities in Kiev say they are seeking the arrest of former senior officials, like former Incomes Minister Aleksandr Klimenko and former Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka.

Both were reportedly stopped on Saturday by border control due to lack of proper paperwork, as they were trying to leave Ukraine.

The legitimation of the power grab comes a day after several regions in eastern and southern Ukraine announced that they do not consider the Ukrainian parliament legitimate and would not abide by its orders.

The regions also said they would be forming local militias to resist possible incursions of radical activists from western Ukraine and Kiev.

The three month-long political crisis in Ukraine escalated on Tuesday, with radical opposition activists and riot police engaged in two days of gun-fighting in Kiev, resulting in some 80 people losing their lives.

In the face of the bloodshed, the central Ukrainian government collapsed under opposition pressure, while President Viktor Yanukovich left the capital and went to the east of the country.

` Ukraine's Parliament Approves Resolution on the Resignation of President Viktor Yanukovitch'

#AceBreakingNews says Ukraine’s parliament has approved a resolution on the resignation of President Viktor Yanukovich.

A total of 328 deputies have noted for the parliament’s resolution.

The resolution, which envisages holding presidential elections on May 25, 2014, will come into effect since the parliament has approved the resolution.

The resolution says Yanukovich removed himself from the constitutional powers. “The state cannot depend on the mood of the president, who has removed himself and whose whereabouts are unknown,” Verkhovna Rada speaker Aleksander Turchinov said.

“I want to say at about 15:00 Moscow time we’ve succeeded in contacting Yanukovich. In the presence of deputies Arseny Yatsenyuk (head of the Batkivshchina faction) has talked with him. Yatsenyuk proposed him to resign and he (Yanukovich) agreed,” Turchinov said, adding “Later, talking with other people Yanukovich denied his statement.”

In an interview with UBR television channel, Yanukovich said he considered the events in Ukraine “a coup d’etat”. “I’m going to resign and leave the country,” Yanukovich said.
Yanukovich would continue to hold office

President Viktor Yanukovich does not recognise the Verkhovna Rada’s resolution on his resignation, presidential aide Anna German said.

“The president considers the Verkhovna Rada’s decision illegal. He is currently in a working trip to Kharkov. His trip has been interpreted as he has removed himself,” UNIAN News Agency quoted the presidential aide as saying on Saturday.

She said Yanukovich was the incumbent president and would continue to hold office.
